• All cancellations need to be emailed to: cancellations@uit.co.za
• Hosted Exchange - 1-month notice - e.g. Notice of cancellation given any time in July - cancellation end of August (last invoice in August)
• POP3 Mailboxes - 1 month notice - e.g. Notice of cancellation given any time in July - cancellation end of August (last invoice in August)) - NO backups of mailboxes
• Office 365 - 1 month notice - e.g. Notice of cancellation given any time in July - cancellation end of August (last invoice in August)
• The client needs to request backups of mailboxes in the cancellation email. UIT does NOT MAKE any BACKUPS of cancelled mailboxes unless requested by the client. UIT will NOT confirm whether any backups must be made before deleting the mailbox – the client must request backups or make the backups themselves.
• No cancellation will be accepted or processed if logged by any UIT consultant or staff member. An authorized client personnel member must send the cancellation email to cancellations@uit.co.za.
• Only once accepted and confirmed by UIT will it be actioned according to the cancellation terms of the specific service.
